No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and shipped. All sales are final.

Please review product details, specifications, and images carefully before completing your order.

t ToysByAKN, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards and brings joy to your child’s playtime. Please read our Product Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept product returns unless:
  • The product received is completely different from what you ordered, or
  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • In such rare cases, a return may be considered only after complete verification.

Verification Requirements

To process a valid return request, customers must provide clear photo and video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the order:

Multiple photos showing the entire product (front, back, sides)

Unboxing video (if available)

Photos showing the shipping label and packaging

A clear explanation of the issue

Without sufficient evidence, we cannot accept or process any return requests.

Return Approval Process

Send the required details, photos, and/or videos to [email protected] with your order number and issue description.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, you will be guided through the return process.

Only replacement for the same product (or equivalent item, if unavailable) will be provided — no cash refunds.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Customer Responsibility

The product must remain unused and in original packaging when returned.

All shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer.

ToysByAKN will not be responsible for damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
